Virtual Tone and Balance Class

Join us for Tone and Balance, a Lakeshore virtual fitness class led by Fitness Director Carol Kutik. This online class will feature a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement and balance. Registration is required for attendance. Internet connection
Chair (any type will do.)
