Member Classes & Programs

In-Person & Virtual Classes: We are excited to now offer in-person fitness and aquatics classes. All in-person fitness classes, excluding Krank, will also be offered virtually so you may participate from home. Scroll down to view the schedule and register for a class.

Recreation & Athletic Programs: In addition to our fitness and aquatics classes, we also have a variety of programs focused on sports and recreation that are designed for kids and adults. Visit our 2021 Winter/Spring Programs page for a full list of offerings.

On-Demand Videos: We have created a library of Lakeshore fitness and land-based aquatics class videos that you may watch any time. New on-demand classes will be added periodically. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to access our library of classes.

Indoor Cycling

Our indoor cycling program is back! Members are able to check out handcycles and recumbent bikes and ride in the Fieldhouse each Wednesday.

  • Reservations are required and limited to one time-slot per Wednesday.
    • 11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m.
    • 2:15-2:45 p.m.
    • 4:45-5:15 p.m.
  • Due to Covid-19 guidelines, staff are not allowed to physically assist with transfers. Participants must be able to independently transfer on and off the bike or bring a caregiver to assist.

Pickleball

Pickleball will return January 23 and be offered every Saturday through March 27 for Lakeshore members. This tennis, racquetball and ping pong hybrid will be played in the Fieldhouse during three session times.

  • 8:30-9:30 a.m.
  • 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
  • 1:30-2:30 p.m.

This program will not be formatted as a league, but you will be able to reserve court time to play with other Lakeshore members. Reservations are required each week.

In-Person & Virtual Fitness and Aquatics Classes

Reservations are only required for in-person and virtual (Zoom) fitness classes and lap lanes in the pool. Reservations for in-person classes is limited to three per week. There is no limit to the amount of virtual (Zoom) classes you may take. In fact, the more you take the more prizes you could win! Check out our virtual class incentive.

  • Participate in 10 virtual (Zoom) classes each month, and you win a monthly prize. January’s prize is a water bottle.
  • In addition to your monthly prize, you will also be entered for a chance to win a $25 gift card each month you attend 10 virtual classes.
  • Attend 10 virtual classes¬†each month through March and you will be entered to win a $100 gift card.
  • Class registration and attendance will be tracked automatically.
