Member Classes & Programs

NEW! In-Person Classes: We are excited to announce that we are now offering in-person fitness and aquatics classes. All in-person fitness classes, excluding Krank, will also be offered virtually so you may participate from home. Scroll down to view the schedule and register for a class.

On-Demand Videos: We have created a library of Lakeshore fitness and land-based aquatics class videos that you may watch any time. New on-demand classes will be added periodically. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to access our library of classes.

Fall Recreation & Athletic Programs: In addition to our fitness and aquatics classes, we also have a variety of  programs focused on sports and recreation that are designed for kids, adults and families to move at home or at Lakeshore. In-Person Group Fitness and Aquatics Classes

  • All classes require registration, and you must make a separate reservation for each individual date/time.
  • All in-person fitness classes, excluding Krank, will be offered virtually through Zoom, so you may participate at home. Click on the Virtual Class Registration link next to the class title to register for the virtual class option.
  • Attendance is limited to two in-person classes per week to maximize member participation. There is no limit on the amount of classes you may attend virtually.
  • Continuing our commitment to provide an environment that is as safe as possible, in-person classes will adhere to our Stage One social distancing, mask wearing and sanitation guidelines. Reminder: masks are not required in the pool but must be worn prior to entering and after exiting the pool.
  • You may be required to bring your own equipment (i.e. yoga mats) to class. This information will be communicated through your registration confirmation email.
  • Class reservations may be made at maximum a week in advance and at minimum an hour in advance.
