There is something for everyone at Lakeshore. Each week we offer over 95 in-person fitness and aquatics classes, recreation programs and athletic team practices for adult and youth members. You can view all of these offerings on our Activity or Schedule webpage.



Weekly In-Person Fitness Class Registration

Weekly in-person fitness class registration has ended. Participation is now on a first come, first served basis with the first 15 members to arrive being admitted to the class.

Lakeshore Online Fitness

Your membership also includes Lakeshore Online Fitness, a platform that offers weekly online (via Zoom) fitness classes led by your favorite Lakeshore fitness instructors. Also included is an ever-expanding library of recorded workout and exercise videos. Visit to create or log into your account.

Each week members receive an e-newsletter with information and events happening at Lakeshore. If you are having difficulty receiving the email, you may access it on this page each week.
