Member Only Classes & Programs

While we are not able to provide on-site classes at this time, we are offering multiple live virtual (online) Lakeshore fitness and land-based aquatics classes each week for Lakeshore members. If you are unable to attend the live class, a recording of the class will be added to this page two days after the live air. All classes can be viewed on a computer, tablet or smart phone. Access to the internet is required and you may have to download the GoToWebinar app if using a mobile device (tablet or smart phone).

How to Register

Step 1: Scroll through the list of classes below. If you see a class you would like to attend, click on the REGISTER button next to the class date & time. You will need to register for each individual class and date you wish to attend.
Step 2: When you click on the REGISTER button a registration form will appear. Fill out the registration form by entering your name and email address. Then click on the Register button to submit your registration.
Step 3: Shortly after you submit your class registration form, you will receive an email confirming your registration. When it is time for the class to begin, click the Join Webinar button in your confirmation email. You may also join the class once it begins by clicking the appropriate class link listed below.
Step 4: Get moving and enjoy your class!
