Our lobby renovation project has begun and will continue for several months. We will provide important updates as the renovation progresses on this page.

*As of Monday, April 17:
- The lobby will close for the remainder of the renovation project. Member services and check-in will be relocated to the Sington lobby.
- The main entrance to the facility will be blocked off and inaccessible. All members must enter through the Sington lobby (west entrance) during this time.
- Signage and Lakeshore staff will be available to direct members to the first floor.
- The main lobby will remain closed through early June, when we anticipate the completion of the renovations. Please plan accordingly.
*As of Monday, April 10:
- The left wall leading to the main stair case will be partially blocked off. The stairs will still be accessible during this time.
As of Monday, February 13:
- The Member Services Desk in the lobby is blocked off. Member Services are now available in the Sington lobby at the west entrance.
- The Check-in Desk remains in the main lobby for members and guests to check in.
- The west entrance (Sington lobby) is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Members may check-in at this entrance in addition to taking care of any Member Services needs.
As of Monday, January 23:
- The lobby bathrooms and café area are currently blocked off. You may access other restrooms in the Sington lobby, Fieldhouse locker rooms or downstairs locker rooms.
- The microwave, tables and chairs from the lobby café have been moved to the lower-level atrium outside the elevators and along the windows next to the Fitness Center.
- The vending machines have been moved to two locations: the Sington lobby and the lower-level atrium.
