Tai Chi

This class uses gentle, flowing exercise that is easy on the joints and builds stability, strength, range of motion, coordination and agility. Slow arm movements, mindful weight shifting and focus on the body and breath create a moving meditation that both relaxes and energizes. Class concentrates on Tai Chi fundamentals that are beginner friendly and can bring multiple benefits. All levels of fitness are welcome.
