This class includes shallow and deep water exercises that focus on the stabilization muscles of the spine while facilitating postural alignment. Strengthen and stretch hips, lower back and legs with low-to-moderate aerobic exercises. Postural alignment focuses on utilizing the core and challenging all supportive muscles to work together.
