Learn MoreCycling allows members to check out handcycles and recumbent bikes and ride in the Fieldhouse. Participants are given a briefing on bike safety and operation. Due to Covid-19 guidelines, staff are not allowed to physically assist with transfers. Participants must be able to independently transfer on and off the bike or bring a care giver to assist. Participants work at their own intensities, and with a removable seat, the Krankcycle® is accessible to individuals who use a wheelchair or stand. All levels of fitness are welcome. Fieldhouse
These classes focus on maintaining and improving gait, posture, flexibility, strength, endurance, and
balance. This is achieved through a combination of traditional exercises, functional activities, and games.
Areas of the body are targeted specific to those living with a neurological condition such as MS, Parkinson’s, etc.
