Lakeshore Life presents Summer League

 Spring Training is complete, and now it’s time to knock your physical fitness goals out of the ballpark with Summer League! Complete 150 minutes of physical activity each week at Lakeshore or in your community and receive an official Summer League T-shirt.

Rules of the Game:

  • Sign up in the downstairs atrium Tuesday, May 29 to Friday, June 1.
  • Begin recording your physical activity minutes Monday, June 4 in the Summer League binder located in the downstairs atrium.
  • You must complete at least seven of the nine weeks of physical activity to be eligible for a T-shirt.
  • Tracking sheets will be checked weekly.
