Hunting2009-2010 Program Information
Hunting season is just around the corner and preparations are underway for another exciting time at the Lakeshore Foundation Hunting Club. We invite you to join us at our facility in Sumter County, Alabama, about 15 miles from Livingston, Alabama. The facility offers sleeping arrangements for up to 15 people, wheelchair accessible restrooms, a fully accessible kitchen along with central heating and cooling. We also provide assistance to disabled hunters with getting to and from deer blind, with guiding, scouting, tracking and skinning of harvested game. Lakeshore Foundation staff supervises all hunts.
Dates: November 18-20, 2009-Primitive Weapon, Muzzle load or Bow
Fee: Disabled hunters-$150.00 for 1 weekend hunt
Fee includes: 2-Nights lodging at the Lakeshore Foundation Hunting Club *Please plan to bring snacks and food for your meals-refrigerator and stove available for your use. Alcohol not permitted at Lakeshore Foundation Hunt Club. How to register for a Hunt: Download Hunting Registration Form
Mail your completed registration form and fee to the address below. Once we receive your registration, we will contact you by phone to confirm your date. Two (2) weeks prior to your hunt, you will receive a conformation packet with additional detailed information including what to bring, directions and rules. All hunters are required to have a valid Alabama hunting license. Advanced registration is required and space is limited. A minimum of 6 people with physical disability required for each hunt to be scheduled.
