Marksmanship Team (Practice Time - Tuesdays 5:00-8:30 p.m./Thursdays 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) - The Marksmanship Team competes in Olympic style, indoor precision air matches. All air rifle and pistol competitions are governed by the National Wheelchair Shooting Federation with opportunities to compete on the regional, national and international level.

Power Soccer (Sept.-May: Practice Time – Wednesdays/Fridays 4:00–6:00 p.m.) - A relatively recent innovative team sport for individuals who use motorized wheelchairs. Four players per team using an over-sized soccer ball on a regulation size basketball court. Open to all skill levels. Team competes locally and regionally under the rules and regulations of the United States Power Soccer Association. 

Rugby Team (Oct.-April: Practice Time Tuesdays 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. /Saturdays 3:30-6:30 p.m.) - A team sport open to novice and advanced skill levels for persons with upper extremity impairment is a high contact, indoor sport played on a basketball court has evolved into one of the fastest growing wheelchair sports worldwide. The Demolition won five consecutive national titles from 1998-2003.

Sharks Basketball (Oct.-March: Practice Time Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30-6:00 p.m.) - Introductory level wheelchair basketball geared to young boys 13 years of age and younger and girls 14 years of age and younger. An 8½-foot basketball goal is used. Offers a challenging, competitive but fun experience for youth. Open to children with a variety of physically disabling conditions including cerebral palsy and those with upper extremity involvement. Many of the youth begin in our Super Sports and After School program and progress to more competitive athletic opportunities. 

Stingers Basketball (Oct.-MarchPractice Time Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-7:00 p.m.) - Intermediate level of youth wheelchair basketball geared toward middle school and high school age students.  No prior basketball experience is necessary.  Athletes will compete both regionally and nationally.  Basket is set at the regulation 10-foot height.

Lakers Basketball (Oct.-March: Practice Time - Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-8:00 p.m.) - Wheelchair junior basketball team is geared to youth that wish to be involved in competitive sports. Each season players compete in the National Junior Wheelchair Basketball Tournament and are frequently recruited by colleges with competitive programs.

Storm Basketball (Oct.-March: Practice Time - Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00-10:00 p.m.) - Open to adult players. Team competes locally, regionally, and nationally in Division II of the National Wheelchair Basketball Association. The team is a member of the Southern Conference.

Swimming Team (Practice time to be determined for upcoming season) - The team participates in local, regional, and national competitions in accordance to standards set by USA Swimming. Open to youth and adults with a variety of disabilities, including cerebral palsy, amputations and visual impairments.

Tennis Team (Jan.-Oct.: Practice Time - Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:00-4:30 p.m./Feb.-Oct.: Tuesday-Friday 9:00-11:00 a.m.)The team competes for national ranking under the United States Tennis Association (USTA) STAR ranking system, and participates on the International Tennis Federation’s (ITF) NEC Wheelchair Tennis Tour. Coaching comprised of professionals who are certified tennis professionals with the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA and USPTR). Open to youth and adults of all levels of ability.

Track (Jan.-July: Practice Time - Tuesday-Friday 3:30-6:00 p.m.)  - Track and Road Racing are fun, challenging individual sports. Athletics includes the sports of track and field, including road racing. Individuals will learn the basic skills and a functional knowledge of track and road racing based on individual interests and abilities, and appropriate sport safety to be safe and enjoy the sport. The mission is to provide leadership in developmental athletics through the continuum of supporting high performance elite performance. Benefits include: Good cardiovascular exercise, and goal setting, personal goal achievement.
