Jahara is an exceptional aquatic therapy method grounded in body awareness and healthy body mechanics. This Basics course will offer students the opportunity to learn Jahara's concepts and principles, fundamental footwork patterns and movements and Triangular Cervical Support - TCS (TM). The teachers for the Basics class are Linda Dold and Tova Rosen. The cost for this course is $800. For more information on Jahara, visit www.jahara.com.
