Uses slow, gentle movements that are easy to learn and allow for creative, personal expression. Slow motion stepping patterns are combined with arm movements. The initial exercises and routines are very simple but become more complex as the participant gains strength, balance and mental focus. All levels of fitness are welcome. Group Exercise Room
