Teen Training (T²): Thursday 5-5:45 p.m.

Age 13 to 19 (must be in this age group at time of registration)

T2 is a teen workout class that is designed to include fitness as part of an active lifestyle. The class is led by a fitness specialist and includes a variety or exercise equipment and modalities, appropriate for each teen’s ability and experience.
