Youth Fitness

Staff-Member-Talking-to-Youth-Basketball-PlayersThe Fitness Center is open to youth age 14 and older. We recommend that the best point of entry for someone between the ages of 14 and 18 is through our youth aquatics, recreation and athletics programs. All programs have a connection to our fitness center and staff and incorporate strength and cardiovascular exercise.
