Youth Fitness

Staff-Member-Talking-to-Youth-Basketball-PlayersThe fitness center is open to youth ages 14 and older. We recommend that the best point of entry for someone between the ages of 14-18 is our youth aquatics, recreation and athletics programs all of which have connections to our fitness center and staff. A new fitness class available to teens age 13 to 18 is Teen Training (T²).
