Physical activity is the heart of Lakeshore Foundation. Within activity you can find information on aquatics, fitness, recreation and athletics for children, adults, athletes and those that have been injured in service to our nation.
This class meets you where you are in the learning to swim process. From overcoming fear of the water to stroke refinement, Learn to Swim provides the knowledge, support and practice time for feeling confident in the water. Lap pool, uses shallow and deep water depending on comfort level with water

Classic Yoga positions are adapted to meet the needs of the individual. Emphasis is placed on smooth, rhythmical breathing throughout the entire exercise program. Class includes restorative breathing exercises and ends with a relaxation technique. Explore and progress at your pace.
