Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. All levels of fitness are welcome.
This class includes a warm up, range of motion exercises, strengthening and endurance exercises. Also included are up to 20 minutes of low-to-moderate intensity activities. Lap pool, 45 minutes shallow and 15 minutes deep
Cycling is a program that allows participants to check out a variety of bikes and handcycles and ride in the Fieldhouse. Participants will be given a briefing on bike safety and operation. Appointments are required to check out any cycling equipment.
